"Croghan Style" Loader Contest - Qualified Loader Operators, please report to the stage area at 8:00am for registration.

Tours of Forest Industry Businesses in the area.  Reservations required.

Auction of Logging equipment, machinery, trailers, trucks, mowers, Amish furniture, and much more. Auction to be held adjacent to fairgrounds across Rt. 294. Rain or Shine

20th Annual Woodsmen's 10K (6.2mile) Foot Race & Woodsmen's Walk begins. Race starts and ends in the High School parking lot. Participants may register prior to the race. Sponsored by Stihl. Certified Course - Computerized Timing.

Beards Contest on the Fairgrounds in front of the Grandstand. Brothers of the Bush needn't preregister. Sponsored by A-1 Trophy. Please us School entrance gate and parking lot. Free Parking and free admission.

Greased Pole Competition on Fairgrounds. Sponsored by Husqvarna Forest & Garden  and Wing Truck & Trailer. Cash Prizes and lots of excitement. Free parking and free admission.

Band Concert in the Boonville Village Gazebo.  (Downtown Boonville)

8th ANNUAL WOODSMEN'S CLASSIC CANOE & KAYAK RACE... ACA sanctioned.  Racers may sign up near the pool in Erwin Park.  Racing begins at 9:00 (approx.).

NYS WOODSMEN'S FIELD DAYS PARADE - 2010 Largest forest industry parade in the Northeast;  featuring equipment, log truck competitions, bands, floats, queens and wood nymphs.  Ceremonies at Fairgrounds, coronation of 2009 Miss Forest Queen and Miss Jr. Forest Queen and Plaque presentation to Honorary Grand Parade Marshal.

WORLD'S OPEN LUMBERJILL CHAMPIONSHIP CONTEST --- Log Rolling, Stock Chainsaw, Axe Throw, Two-Women Crosscut, Bow Sawing, One-Women Crosscut, Jack & Jill and Speed Chopping. Naming of the 2010 World's Open Championship Lumberjill. Sponsored by Husqvarna Forest & Garden.

Fireworks will be displayed from Park Hill in Boonville, near the water tower.
